Cost:£120.00 per person, £50.00 deposit followed by two, two-hour optional Saturday follow-up's at £20.00 each.

What is Merkaba?

All of us have MerKaBa yet most of us are unaware or have never actively used them in our spiritual work. MerKaBa is a name given to your Spiritual Light Body, a vehicle you can use to expanded your consciousness. This vehicle is visualised as light encoded geometry surrounding and permeating your physical space.


What is the aim of the workshop?

This workshop teaches you a meditation technique to activate four of your 7 Merkaba, those resonating with your Physical, Mental, Emotional and Heart Center bodies. We also explore our awareness of ourselves as multidimensional spiritual beings.

You will be taught a meditation/visualisation practice that you can use on a daily basis to assist you in expanding your awareness of the world beyond what we see, and open you up to the limitless potential we call creation.

Using sacred geometry and with the assistance of the Angelic realms and the Cosmic Ascended Masters you will embark upon a journey of communion with the highest aspect of yourself—your solar angel.

You will learn about some of the mechanics of creation as seen through sacred geometry, the vesica pisces and the golden mean ratio.
The MerKaBa practice opens doorways to new ideas and possibilities. We are venturing into other dimensions or realities where our past, present and future are all bound together as one. MerKaBa opens you up to the truly multidimensional being that you are. You will be guided through these new experiences with love and gentleness.

To learn this wonderful technique is to take that next step upon the path of your spiritual development. For some, practicing this technique can be a profound and life changing experience, so it is necessary that you are ready for the changes and responsibility that the

Teacher Credentials

Alex Chaloner who teaches the Merkaba attained Teacher Level status from the UK based Golden Heart Merkaba of Creation school in 2003.

Alex has practiced MerKaBa herself for over 3 years both in groups and solitary. It has been a major catalyst for her own spiritual development and understanding. For Alex regular practice of this meditation technique has taught her the wonder and responsibility of being a true creator of her own world reality.

The follow-up Sessions

Regular practice of the MerKaBa can result in issues that we have carried with us coming to the surface to be dealt with. This month of practicing MerKaBa gives you a space to work through these things and to ground the energy of the MerKaBa here in the physical. It is advisable to do this before moving on to active the remaining three MerKaBa.

A month or so after your initial training you have the option of moving on to activate the next three geometries. These geometries resonate with your throat chakra/communication, your third eye chakra/inner sight and your crown chakra/soul star.

During the follow-up sessions we merge our individual MerKaBa together to form a group MerKaBa which is then used for spiritual light work for planet and people.

After the first follow-up the group decides whether or not they would like to meet again for a further follow-up for the purpose of sharing experiences and transformations upon this magical MerKaBa journey

What to Bring to the Workshop
You will need to bring a cushion/pillow and throw cover or blanket for the meditations. Light refreshments are provided throughout the day, please bring your own lunch.
