JOURNEY
TO THE DARK GODDESS
I, darkness, am the
only reality.
I am whole and united.
Dark Isis beyond the veil of all veils
Ultimate and unique.
One and many am I and yet no-thing.
I hold the seed of
life in my Shakti embrace.
I am the death eater and life giver.
I am the formless form.
I am timeless time.
I am causal, I am
the cause of everything
And you are my effect.
The
Dark Goddess is the primordial womb, the source and birth
place of all creation. She is the ultimate giver of life,
transformer and tomb to which we all return to rest.
She is the one who leads us to wisdom through difficult life
lessons and experiences. She holds us whilst we journey through
her underworlds. Her names and faces are many, like the stars
that illuminate her heavenly realm.
Open to men and women alike who wish
to journey to the transformative womb of the Dark Mother Goddess
in hope of rebirth and renewal.
To journey with the Dark Goddess
is to:
-
Let-go, go deep within and surrender.
-
Face your own inner darkness as
you journey through her underworld.
-
Discover your inner reserve of transformative
power.
-
Give yourself the opportunity to
move towards your true SELF.
What to Expect?
Using our unique blend of ceremony, ritual, movement,
sound, creative meditation and myth we weave a web of connection
to the Dark Goddess.
On Saturday we will start at 10am and
break for dinner at 4pm (please arrange for your own dinner).
We then re-group at 7pm for our very special underworld ceremony
which will last until around 9pm.
On Sunday we start at 10am and finish
at 5pm.
What to Bring.
An object for the altar that represents
your participation on the Journey to the Dark Goddess (these
will be returned to you).
If you have a broomstick please bring
this too. If you don't have one, don't worry!
Parts of the Journey will take place
outdoors in nature, so you will need to bring a good pair
of walking boots or sturdy trainers, along with warm and waterproof
clothing for Saturday daytime.
For the evening ceremony on the Saturday night please where
white/violet or silver you will also need a blanket and a
pillow, which should be brought to the workshop on the Saturday
morning.
Please note participants are expected
to make their own arrangements for accommodation and evening
meal on Saturday as these are not included in the workshop
fees. Drinks and snacks throughout the two days are included.
Who can Attend?
There are no prerequisites to attending
this journey. We have many people from all walks of life and
religious backgrounds attending. All that we ask for is that
you are willing to be taken on this journey and to accept
whatever comes your way.
